1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services

Bangsawan Pictures provides video production services including but not limited to:

  • Short film and TVC production
  • Music video production
  • Wedding films
  • Corporate event documentation
  • Social Media Campaign creation
  • Travel production
  • Music event coverage
  • Montage After Effects creation

3. Project Terms

3.1 Proposal and Acceptance

All projects begin with a formal proposal outlining scope, timeline, and cost. The project is considered accepted upon signed acceptance of the proposal or payment of the initial deposit.

3.2 Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • An initial deposit is required to commence work
  • Final payment is due upon completion and delivery of the project
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated

3.3 Revision and Changes

Project timelines may be affected by client-requested changes or delays in providing necessary materials. Additional charges may apply for extensive revisions beyond the agreed scope.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the completed work for the agreed purpose. Bangsawan Pictures retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes.

4.2 Usage Rights

The client may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the work without written consent from Bangsawan Pictures.

5. Deliverables and Approvals

We will deliver projects according to the agreed timeline. Client approval is required at designated stages. Delays in client feedback may affect final delivery dates.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Client Cancellation: If the client cancels after work has commenced, all work completed to date must be paid for
  • Provider Cancellation: Bangsawan Pictures reserves the right to cancel a project in exceptional circumstances, with full refund of any unused deposits

7. Liability and Warranties

While we strive for perfection:

  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control
  • We provide services "as is" without express or implied warranties
  • Our liability is limited to the project fee paid

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and project details. Client materials and sensitive information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

10. Amendments

Bangsawan Pictures reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Malaysian courts.
